Who is behind PIPE

MARCELA

Co-Founder

A specialist in sustainable finance and investor relations, with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and institutional ecosystems across Brazil and Europe.

She has held corporate roles at Itaú Unibanco Asset Management, Safra Asset, and Safra Securities, before founding a startup with a successful exit.

She has also acted as an advisor and angel investor, supporting early-stage companies in strategic planning, governance strengthening, investor readiness, and fundraising strategy. 

Currently, she leads governance and risk management initiatives at multinational companies Netherlands, expanding her work in international regulatory environments.

With a focus on connecting Brazilian opportunities to European capital, she is one of the founders of PIPE Platform.

MARÍLIA

Co-Founder

A specialist in investments, investor relations, and capital distribution, with over 10 years of experience across financial markets and institutional ecosystems.

She currently works in Institutional Investments at Banco Inter, offering the bank’s full range of investment solutions to companies and other institutional clients while building strategic relationships and identifying tailored investment opportunities across different segments.

Previously, she held roles at V2 Investimentos, Banco Safra, and SLACAP, developing expertise in fundraising, commercial structuring, and investor relations. She holds a Master of Science in International Business Negotiation from IÉSEG School of Management.

She has also contributed to initiatives connecting investors and businesses in Brazil and Europe and promoting women’s participation in financial markets. She is a co-founder of PIPE Platform, created to foster qualified connections between investors and companies in line with international standards.
